Physics doesn't care about a business plan. I evaluate technical feasibility and feature trade-offs early. I ensure the product is scoped correctly before the first dollar is spent on expensive prototyping

Production-Ready Design

The best way to handle production risk is to design it out from the start. I ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) are baked into the early decision process. This prevents the six-month delays that usually happen when a "finished" prototype hits the factory floor.

System Maturity

I don’t just look at a demo. I work with the team on the ground to evaluate Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and pressure test the system design. We conduct rigorous design reviews to ensure the product is a stable system rather than a collection of fragile parts.

Lightweight Governance

I implement simple phase-gate systems that keep teams on track without adding bureaucracy. This provides investors with clear checkpoints to evaluate progress and protect further investment.
