Why Momentum Labs
Momentum Labs was born out of a passion to to help early hardware teams build real momentum across the three things that matter most: Product, People, and Process. Most founders push hard on the product and prototype, but the real friction usually sits in unclear decisions, misaligned teams, or a lack of structure that actually helps them move faster. Momentum Labs exists to cut through that noise and help teams make progress they can feel. And yes, for the nerds out there, p is also the physics symbol for momentum.
My Experience
I’ve spent more than twenty years building consumer hardware and physical products end to end. From first ideas and rough prototypes to systems architecture, engineering builds, manufacturing, and real products in customers’ hands. I’ve led teams, rebuilt processes, made tough calls, and lived through every stage where things can go sideways. My approach is hands on, practical, and shaped by shipping real things into the real world.
